How to Return Your Mattress

  1. Contact us — Email returns@breadrest.com or call (555) 123-4567 to initiate your return. Please have your order number ready.
  2. Schedule pickup — We'll coordinate with our donation partners to schedule a convenient pickup time at your location.
  3. Receive your refund — Once pickup is confirmed, we'll process your full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your mattress must:

  • Be within 100 nights of delivery date
  • Be free of stains, damage, or excessive wear
  • Include the original law tag (do not remove)

What Happens to Returned Mattresses?

We believe in sustainability. Returned mattresses in good condition are donated to local charities and shelters. Mattresses that can't be donated are recycled responsibly. We never resell returned mattresses.


Exchanges

Want to try a different model? We offer one free exchange during your 100-night trial. Contact us and we'll arrange to swap your mattress for a different option.
